I have lots of kids of my own (yes, I said LOTS!) and photographing them is what keeps me inspired. It changes my perspective and allows me to see the world from their view. I love photographing children in their element. Playing with toys, reading a book, jumping on their bed, or doing cartwheels through the sprinklers! I don't believe in "sit and smile" photos, and while there may be lots of laughing, and you will inevitably get some smiles, I want the photos to capture what it means to be a child... Sometimes muddy, sometimes sticky, sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes mismatched. Tutus, capes, giggles, glitter, and the occasional quiet that settles in.
Children's session fee is $200 which includes an online gallery and a 2-ish hour session (depending on attention spans!) We can discuss the best location based on our vision for the images.
Collections for children's session start at $600 and include digital files.
